About the Course
Join our Rock Band Academy and experience the thrill of playing in a band! This group class is designed for aspiring musicians who want to rock out with others and learn the skills needed to play in a band setting. Whether you're a guitarist, bassist, drummer, keyboardist, or vocalist, this class welcomes all skill levels and instruments.
In our Rock Band Academy, you'll collaborate with fellow musicians to form your own band, choosing from a variety of popular rock genres such as classic rock, alternative, indie, punk, and more. Under the guidance of experienced instructors who are passionate about rock music, you'll learn how to work together as a cohesive unit, develop tight rhythms, create dynamic arrangements, and perform electrifying live shows.
Each session of the Rock Band Academy focuses on a different aspect of band performance and musicianship, including song selection, arrangement, rehearsal techniques, stage presence, and live performance skills. You'll have the opportunity to learn iconic rock songs, write original music, and even
record your own tracks in a professional studio environment.
Our Rock Band Academy provides a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where students can unleash their creativity, build confidence, and forge lifelong friendships with fellow musicians. Whether you dream of headlining festivals or simply want to have fun making music with others, our group class offers an exciting and empowering opportunity to rock out and take your musical journey to the next level.
**Students enrolled must know how to play their instrument for this class.

-Portable music stand
-Drum set will be provided each week in class

Steps to enrolling in class:
● Student must register their students through The Annex first www.theannexlp.com
● Enroll in a Buzzy Mae Music or Dance class
● Request your PO through your charter $335 PO - 1 PO only for this amount dated the first day of class.
● If you are paying out of pocket, Please email buzzymaemusic@gmail with subject line “Need Invoice for Payment”

You must enroll through The Annex Learning Place. Click on the "Enroll" button above to enroll in the class. Wait for enrollment confirmation email BEFORE submitting payment or p.o.
**Payment must be made, or proof of certificate must be emailed to me before the 1st day of class. There are NO Refunds once the class has started. Please contact me if payment arrangements need to be made. If you enroll after classes have begun, payment must be made, or a certificate must be submitted before attending.
Refund Policy:
Once you enroll, class refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. By enrolling in this class, you agree to adhere to this
policy. This policy is in place to ensure the efficient allocation of resources and to maintain the integrity of the class. We appreciate your understanding and commitment. We look forward to a great semester together!
Payments:
Charter PO: Please request a full semester amount of $300 on 1 PO (please do not break up the amount) The date of the PO will need to be the first date of the class. The PO must be requested and sent to Buzzy Mae 2 weeks before class begins. Once enrolled, and PO received, the materials and class will not be refunded.

**Attention, Important Info before you proceed with payment.
If you are paying by Venmo, please select "Personal/ Goods & Services for your transaction to avoid a 3% fee to Buzzy Mae. If the transaction is completed and Buzzy Mae is charged 3% of your tuition payment, we will require that this fee is paid by you, the family. This fee will be added to your class tuition.
